Park Island Quay
The complex is in an indigenous garden friendly environment and has a total area of 2.4 hectares. It is situated in Marina Da Gama, a picturesque part of Cape Town's Southern Suburbs, close to Muizenberg.
The complex boasts unrivalled views of the mountains from Muizenberg to Table Mountain itself, and also has its own small boat park with the associated slipway into the vlei.
Park Island Quay has its own clubhouse which is made available to residents for functions, and a solar heated swimming pool for the use of residents.
We also employ a service provider to provide 24 hour security, which is an essential requirement.
